VL+ DPS Meter

The VL DPS meters read the invisible armorstands damage values and and shows a dps value specified by a timewindow in the settings via modmenu. its also possible to move the DPS shown on screen around being able to anchor it to differemt points and move it by the exact amount of pixels u want
