Added a config for noises, this includes:

• Temperature (desert Vs. snow)
• Humidity (plains Vs. forest)
• Erosion (mountain Vs. swamp)
• Continentalness (plains -> beach -> ocean -> mushroom island)
• Amplified (amplified region size-ish/frequency)
