Yori3o's Grappling Hooks

• Added the ability to edit hook range and durability from config/yo_hooks/overlaps.json
• Now, when changing an item's hook to another, the hook entity disappears
• You can now enable "holdHookTightly" in the client config, preventing the hotbar from scrolling when you scroll the mouse wheel
• Fixed all bugs related to the display of the hook item in the inventory
