Filtering Hoppers

I am back with another update! This one's even cooler than the last, discover what's new below!

• Confirmed support for Paper and Folia 26.1.2
• Brand new config with super cool comments! If your config looks bad after this update, you can delete it and it'll be regenerated on next restart
• New "item collection" mode. You can now switch between chunk and radius collection! Chunk collection will collect items strictly in the same chunk as a hopper Radius collection will collect items inside a radius around a hopper
• New config commands! You can now toggle item collection, its mode and change the radius of the radius mode with /filteringhoppers item-collection <enabled/mode/radius> In order to keep stuff consistent, /filteringhoppers set-max-hopper was moved to /filteringhoppers max-hoppers-per-chunk

Hey everyone, it's been a LONG while! I come back to you with important changes!

• Fixed dupe glitch with chunk collection
• Fixed item destruction oversight (when a hopper is full it will no longer take in items, if it can still take a certain kind of item it'll fill itself then drop the remainder!)
• Massive code cleanup which should bring in some optimization

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I last updated FH! Today's a big day, we switch to Paper! And fix a few problems... Or just one, actually.

• Switched from Spigot 1.21.8 to Paper 1.21.10
• Fixed filters not saving when closing the menu.
• Fixed plugin wrongfully attempting to save the filter when closing a chest
