Stand Swap

-Added commands for armor stand: /stand remove - removes connection with currently saved armour stand /stand destroy - destroys currently saved armor stand, returns 1 armor stand in inventory /stand loc - output stand's location in chat /stand tome - teleports saved armor stand to player -Added TabCompleter for commands -Bug fixed: chunk ticket's now removes only on server disable bound compass cannot be activated while pointing on block that can be interacted Also saved armor stand glowing was removed

Bad chunk load by Armour stand system was fixed, now every swap, server shut down and start chunk will load properly
