Bushy Leaf Litter

Same changes as the previous uploaded version, however this pack does not apply tint to the model

• Updated the leaf litter texture to accommodate the bushy model
• Updated the model to be tinted based on biome color as Mojang intended
• Added a README.md file to accomodate recent license changes
