FIX: removed the resources for the blood moon datapack, as it needs to override the default moon cycle

added resources for a new datapack: blood moon (coming soon) as well as more translation keyx for KS Enchantments and achievements for multiple datapacks

updated resources to 26.1 and added new resources for ks datapacks

updated and optimized folders organization, added files for the project Pickaxe Trims (available soon)
