Increased compatibility for the future versions

Minecraft and Material Design have changed a lot these days, and this pack has not kept up. So here's something simpler - the "back to basics" update that solely focuses on the HUD.

• Updated to 1.21.7-1.21.8
• Removed all GUI aspects that are not HUD, including the hotbar and crosshair
• Improved colors to match OneBar better

• Update player reporting-related icons according to 1.20.2 expectations
