No Mob SFX

• Adds support for the new mobs in 26.1.
• Changed the name of the pack to "No Mob SFX".

• Silenced the new Parched, Camel Husk, Nautilus, and Zautilus

Additions:

• The new Copper Golem is now silent

Fixes:

• Magma Cube jumps and landings are now silent; they were missed in the initial release

Known issues:

• A handful of mobs (i.e. cats, villagers, etc) use the same sound cues as players do, so you can still hear them walking and will have subtitles

Metadata:

• Made the flavor text for the supported version range more distinct

• The pack.mcmeta is up to date with the new format changes (pack_format is now 64 aka 1.21.8 and supported_formats minimum is now 15 aka 1.20, but it still retains all backwards-compatibility)

• Uploaded to Modrinth for parity with CurseForge
