Snow Layers

added cullfaces to the snow layers so they shouldnt lag as much

thanks to GamerGoBC for telling me and teaching me how it works

Made the snow layers work with other packs by removing the textures from this pack

innitial release of the texture pack with the new snow layers/blocks models
