TF2 Heavy Eating SFX

• Adds support for 26.1.

• Minimum version is actually 1.7.10 for all versions of this pack. I apparently forgot to test it in 1.7.2, because the sounds.json structure and location are completely different. The replace tag doesn't exist, either. WHOOPS.

Metadata:

• Made the flavor text for the supported version range more distinct

• The pack.mcmeta is up to date with the new format changes (pack_format is now 64 aka 1.21.8 and supported_formats minimum is now 15 aka 1.20, but it still retains all backwards-compatibility)

• Release for Modrinth
